1.0 発送
1.1 クレジットカードへの決済は商品発送時となります。
1.2発送から14日以内に到着しなかった場合、全額返金または代替品出荷をご選択になることができます。
1.3ご注文時に不正確なご住所をご指定になられた場合、eXpansysは発送先変更など余分送料についてお客様への課金を行う権利を有します。
1.4 南アフリカ、東南アジア一部の地域には商品の発送をすることができませんのでご了承ください。We are currently unable to organise secure deliveries to customers in South Africa, all South African orders will need to be collected from our UK warehouse by the customer's courier who will be responsible for the goods from collection. We apologise for any inconvenience that this causes.

2.0 返品
2.1 商品を受け取った際に破損や不良があった場合、また発送後7日間以内に商品に不具合が発生した場合には、商品を返品交換、または返金させていただきます。交換品の発送や返金のお手続きは、商品が弊社に届き次第行われます。商品パッケージの傷や破損は商品の破損には含まれません。
2.2 商品購入後7日間以内であれば、「お客様都合による返品」を受け付けます。商品を返送いただければ、商品代金のみ返金処理を行います（送料は返金することができません）。詳細はこちらをご参照ください。
2.3 「お客様都合による返品」の際、封がされたソフトウェア等が開封されている場合や商品損傷、付属品の欠品などの状態によっては、プログラム／ライセンス補充金または返品手数料として商品の値段の25％を請求（＝商品代金の75％返金）させていただきます。
3.0 VAT、輸入税、その他の税金
3.1 日本サイトに記載の商品価格は税金を含んでおりません。税金に関しては項目3.8「日本へ発送の際の税金に関して」を参照ください。
3.2 Since the introduction of new rules regarding VAT in the EU we have been forced to Register eXpansys for VAT in most EU countries so for all customers in the UK and other European Union countries - VAT is charged at the locally prevailing rate for your country. Documentation is enclosed with the goods to confirm that VAT has been charged and the rate which has been applied.
3.3 Under UK VAT rules VAT is not charged on Royal Mail shipping, it is however applied to the charges of all other couriers.
3.4 For all countries outside of the EU, for example USA, Switzerland or Taiwan - no VAT is charged.
3.5 Our US office is in Illinois so we are obliged to charge sales tax for deliveries to customers in Illinois - we try to offset this where possible by offering free UPS ground shipping to customers in Illinois.
3.6 Our main VAT registration number is UK 781 4981 91.

3.8 日本へ発送の際の税金に関して
3.8.1 日本地区への商品は香港からの発送となります。
3.8.2 香港現地の税金は免税となっていますが、商品を日本へ発送する際に輸入税、並びに消費税が発生し、輸入者はこれを支払う義務が国によって定められています。
3.8.3 輸入税、並びに消費税、手数料は運送会社にお支払いください。
3.8.4 日本以外の国へ発送する場合、商品は最寄のeXpansys倉庫から発送されます。その際は現地の税金率が適応されます。
3.8.5以下に掲載した税率はコンピュータ機器に関する輸入税、簡易関税率（課税価格が10万円以下）と一般関税率（課税価格が10万円以上）です。課税価格が1万円以下の場合、関税 / 消費税は免除されます。この税率は国によって定められ、予期せずに変わる事がありますので、詳しくは最寄の税関、またはジェトロ（日本貿易進行機構）までお問い合わせください。

4.0 個人情報の取扱いについて
4.1 当社は、商品のご購入時やサービス登録時などに、お客様に個人情報の提供をお願いすることがあります。これらの個人情報の収集は当社、eXpansys Ltd独自によって行われ、これら情報を第三者に開示する事はありません。
4.2 当社はお客様のご注文に関するお知らせを除き、お客様にメール致しません。当社はニュースレター、スペシャルオファー、又はその他のスパムメールを自動的に送る事はありません。お客様の商品ご購入情報が、当社のエリア別販売統計などの通信販売市場調査に使用される事があります。
4.3 当社は、この「個人情報の取扱いについて」の内容を、事前の予告なく変更することがあります。利用者の方へその都度ご連絡は致しかねますので、ご利用の際には本ページの最新の内容をご参照ください。
4.4 当社は英国の「Data Protection Act 1998」の法律に従い、情報の収集 / 管理を行っています。
4.5 お客様の情報を当社の通信販売市場調査から除外したい場合は、お客様の詳細と共にEメール optout@expansys.comまでお知らせ下さい。
4.6 We can provide a full schedule of all information collected on an individual for a fee of £10.00, we will require significant proof of identification. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 the information will be provided within 40 days of required level of identification.

5.0 Security

5.3 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
6.0 Pricing
6.1 Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
6.2 If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.
6.3 Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.

7.0 Business Customers
7.1 If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of United States of America export controls.
7.2 If you have a credit account with us payment is due 30 days after the date of our invoice and we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 4% above Royal Bank of Scotland base rate both before and after judgment.
8.0 Deal of the Day
8.1 Our Deal of the Day feature is a 'loss leader' promotional tool that we use to make superb offers to end users, it is not intended for trade or corporate customers so we reserve the right to refuse orders for more than 2 units at deal of the day prices from the same customer.
9.0 General
9.1 We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. eXpansysのサービス内容に関する最終決定権はeXpansysにあります。
9.2 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
10.0 Vouchers
10.1 We offer free Discount Vouchers to customers as a marketing tool, and we offer Gift Vouchers to customers for purchase. Discount Vouchers may not be used to purchase Gift Vouchers, or be used in conjunction with any other offer where we decide at our sole discretion that they may not be used.
10.2 Gift Vouchers must be redeemed at any of our websites, or by phoning any of our offices. If a change of currency between the voucher and the order is required, the exchange rate used will be our current rate decided at our sole discretion.
10.3 Gift Vouchers have a cash redemption value of 0.001p and are not transferable or assignable.
10.4 Any unused balance will be held in the recipient's Gift Voucher and used at any time up to the expiry date of the voucher. However, if the order value (i.e. product cost, tax and any applicable P&P charges) exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
10.5 Gift Vouchers and unused portions of Gift Vouchers expire on the date listed on the voucher, where permissible under applicable law.
11.0 Additional Promotional Gift Voucher Terms
11.1 Promotional Gift Vouchers are issued from time to time in promotions at our discretion.
11.2 Only one Promotional Gift Voucher can be applied to any single order.
11.3 Normally only one Promotional Gift Voucher can be claimed per email address per day.
11.4 Certain products are excluded from Promotional Gift Voucher redemption. Such products are clearly marked on their respective product pages.
11.5 Promotional Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase regular Gift Vouchers.
12.0 No affect to statutory rights
The above policies are part of our commitment to high quality service. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
