The table below shows the costs by package weight, destination and arrival estimate. A palmtop computer usually weighs about 1kg. When you place an order with eXpansys the online ordering system accurately calculates the delivery costs in real-time.

a) The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only; eXpansys is not responsible if this varies.
b) Estimated delivery times are shown from the time we despatch; despatch time varies depending upon stock availability and whether there are prior customer orders for the same item.
c) Goods will need to be signed for (except if you choose the "Mail - no tracking or insurance" delivery option). Please give a delivery address where someone will be available.
d) If goods are returned to eXpansys because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient cannot or will not accept delivery, the first delivery fee is not refundable, and a re-delivery fee will apply.
e) In some circumstances we reserve the right to use alternative couriers. If an order is lightweight and low value, we may send by registered air mail at a lower cost, at our discretion.
f) Saturday deliveries are at the discretion of the couriers, it is our experience that in most cases they do not choose to deliver on Saturdays, and a substantial additional fee is levied if Saturday delivery if required.
g) We do not have a NZ warehouse - orders are shipped from Australia. Prices shown are in New Zealand dollars but do not include NZ GST and customs charges, which may be payable to the courier or postal service upon delivery (especially for shipments valued at over $500).
